Cotana Investment & Trading hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020

According to the report of Business Results in 2019, the business plan for 2020 presented by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuong - Deputy Director of the Company presented at the meeting, in the past 2019, although the Company still has shortcomings and difficulties in handover of construction sites slowly leads to prolonged construction progress and increases project management costs; the settlement was not effective, but with the strategic direction of the Board of Directors focusing on the main business sector of providing materials and construction of absorbent dots, Cotana Investment & Trading has achieved certain results, especially the output value is 115% higher than the plan.

 
Entering 2020 with new challenges coming from the market, especially the Covid 19 pandemic taking place worldwide, the Company's leadership sets the most important goal of is that maintaining a stable operation, do not reduce personnel, output value and revenue will all exceed the plan. This is an ambitious but positive goal as the Company's Board of Directors has set out drastic measures such as: expanding production and business activities of electrical construction, installing of equipment to complete build, investing in machinery, equipment and mechanization in production to replace manual labor ...
 
The Annual General Meeting of 2020 is the first meeting organized by Cotana Investment & Trading since its establishment. Therefore, many important reports have been raised and consulted by shareholders such as: Authorizing the Board to amend and supplement the Company's Charter; dismissed and elected members of the Management Board, the Control Board for the term 2020-2025. In particular, the most important content is to elect members for the Management Board and the Control Board for the term 2020-2025. Members of the Management Board include: Mrs. Dao Thu Thuy, Mrs. Dinh Thi Minh Hang, Mr. Nguyen Huy Duc.
 
After an urgent and effective working morning, the Cotana Investment & Trading annual general meeting ended with 100% shareholders agreeing with the reports and issues raised at the meeting.
