Cotana Design organizes annual shareholder meeting in 2020
On the morning of May 14, 2020, at the Cotana Group Building’s Hall, took place the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 of Cotana Consultant Construction Joint Stock Company (Cotana Design). Attending the Meeting were Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the Management Board of Cotana Group and Board of Directors and Shareholders of Cotana Design.
Among the reports presented at the Meeting, the highlight was the report on business results in 2019, the business plan for 2020 of Mr. Nguyen Huy Duc - Member of the Management Board, concurrently Director of Company and operation report of the Board of Management in 2019, the next operation plan of the Board of Management in 2020 by Mr. Tran Van Nam - Chairman of the Management Board. Accordingly, in the past 2019, Cotana Design - at the age of 20 has successfully completed the economic targets, reaching 100% of the business plan. That was the basis and premise for the Board of Management and the Board of Director to continue aiming for the Company to have a stronger step forward in 2020. Along with that was the group of solutions on improving the quality of personnel, consolidating finance resources, applying high technology at work to overcome challenges from the market.
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 was the first meeting organized by Cotana Design, marking a milestone in the development process of the Company after 20 years of establishment. The Meeting also elected the Board of Management for the 2020-2025 term, a term that was considered to be many opportunities, but also many difficulties from the leadership generation transfer. With 100% of the votes supporting, Mr. Nguyen Huy Duc - Member of the Management Board, concurrently Director became the new Chairman of Cotana Design’s Management Board. Believing that with the youth and the available internal resources, the Company will maintain and continue to grow steadily over the years.
After an active and effective morning, the Cotana Design Shareholders Meeting ended with 100% of the shareholders agreeing with the reports and issues raised at the Meeting. The success of the Meeting showed the unanimity of the entire Board of Directors and Shareholders of Cotana Design with the future development directions of the company.
