The total contract value (without provision expenses) is nearly 236 billion dong.
Nhan Chinh detension basin park are built on the area of 13.2ha. The project consists of 3 main functional areas including a lake with an area of about 8 hectares of water, green parks, entertainment and recreation areas, combined with outdoor sports activities and walking paths ... about 5, 2ha and a 2-storey operator building as well as a number of public facilities for entertainment, festivals, other cultural events, and a car park with an area of about 1,325m2.
