Cotana Consultant Construction Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Nam Thanh Do Consultant Construction Joint Stock Company.
History of establishment and development:
On December 13rd, 1999, Nam Thanh Do Consultant Construction Co., Ltd was established with the core of the Design Department of Thanh Nam Construction Co., Ltd. (predecessor of Cotana Group). Nam Thanh Do started by participating in designing, successfully renovating many large projects throughout the South and the North, leaving good impressions on the investors that the company had cooperated with. Hoa Binh Hotel, Kim Lien Hotel (Hanoi); Grand hotel, Palace hotel (Vung Tau); Bao Dai villas were works associated with Nam Thanh Do's name in the beginning of its establishment.
On March 18th, 2004, Nam Thanh Do transformed its operation form "Limited" to "Joint Stock". The additional mobilization of financial resources plus the consolidation of the operation, attracting and fostering talents had helped Nam Thanh Do enough capacity to carry out all types of projects in every field that the company has function. Besides, the company had expanded its operations into other areas such as design consultancy, supervision consultancy, bidding consultancy ... and matured in the management and handling well all stages of a project planning process in all provinces of the country.
On March 11st, 2019, Nam Thanh Do Consultant Construction Joint Stock Company officially changed its name into Cotana Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company.
