The entire inter-provincial route from Hanoi to Hung Yen has a total length of 21 km (the section through Hanoi territory has a length of 4.2 km) with a width of 40m, 6 lanes and a maximum speed of 80km/h, central reserve by green trees, lighting systems and traffic directions were synchronously and modernly invested. The project was implemented in the form of construction - transfer contract. This was the first important and large-scale road directly connecting the Southeast region of Hanoi city with the Northwest area of Hung Yen province, greatly contributing to reducing the load on Highway 5, creating motivation for the development of 7 provinces and cities in the Northern key economic region and a basis to attract investors in many fields such as industry, trade and tourism ....
